瑜伽 屬於一種自我保健及強化身體的方法。 每一個人都需要對自己健康(不論身體、心靈、情緒)負上責任。 若生活上不改惡習、 生活方式不當、 姿勢不正確、 飲食不周等,即使無限量提供各式各樣的療法,雖然可以舒緩身體上的痛症或心靈上的不適。 但長久下去,痛症或不安感會再度回來。 當然可以選擇繼續找治療師進行治療。 但要強化身心,必須進行自我鍛練。 強化身體,安定心靈
當身體有一部分失衡時,日子長了失衡部分會延伸到其他地方,身體發出警號通知你有部份出現問題。 因而痛症或情緒問題漸漸出現。 瑜伽有不同式子針對身體不同部份作出訓練,及冥想練習配合聲療進行,以身心平衡作目標。 

Yoga is a method of self-care & strengthening the body. Everyone needs to take responsibility for their own health (whether physical, mental or emotional). If you do not change your bad habits, improper lifestyle, incorrect posture, poor diet, etc., even if unlimited treatments are provided, they can relieve physical pain or mental discomfort. Continually, the pain or uneasiness will return again. Of course, you can choose to continue taking the treatment from therapist. To strengthen your body & mind, you must train up yourself. Strengthen the body & calm the mind.

When a part of your body is out of balance, the imbalance will spread to other places in long term & your body will send out a warning signal to notify you that something is wrong with that part. As a result, pain or emotional problems gradually appear. Yoga has different styles to train different parts of the body & meditation exercises are combined with Sound Healing Therapy to achieve physical & mental balance.
